How we actually do it

We run what we build. Deployment pipelines, monitoring, alert routing and recovery procedures are part of every engagement — you get infrastructure that tells you when it is unhappy and heals the boring failures by itself. Node supervisors restart dead processes; health checks pull machines from rotation; nightly verified backups mean restore drills actually succeed.

Our default toolchain is deliberately boring: Linux, Docker, nginx or Caddy at the edge, Postgres for state, Grafana or Uptime Kuma watching p95 latency and error rates. Boring tools are debuggable at 3am, which is the only time they ever need debugging.

Observability is opinionated: every service emits logs, every endpoint answers a health probe, every alert routes to a human who can act. We define SLOs with you — uptime targets, acceptable latency — and the dashboards measure exactly those.

When something still breaks, you get a written post-mortem: timeline, root cause, fix shipped, guardrail added. Incidents become rarer and cheaper over time, which is the entire point.
