Questions, answered.

The things teams usually ask before they send a brief.

What does "one studio" mean?

We design, build and run every discipline — websites, dashboards, cloud, growth and content — with the same team. No handoffs between agencies who each blame the other two.

How is pricing decided?

We scope the work with you first, then give a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing before building. We don't quote before we understand the system.

Which regions do you serve?

The European Union, the Americas and Russia — with local delivery, local payment routing and region-appropriate infrastructure in each.

Do you subcontract the hard parts?

No. Everything is in-house. One invoice, one accountable team, one throat to choke.

What if I only need one discipline?

That's fine — a single system is the smallest engagement we run. The "one studio" part matters most when the disciplines have to agree with each other.

How do we start?

Send a brief or book a 20-minute call. We map the shape of the work, then send a fixed proposal. See the start page.

Compliance by default

Your clients’ data is handled the way their regulators expect.

EU / UK

GDPR & UK GDPR

Privacy-by-design, cookie consent and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on every engagement touching EU/UK personal data.

US

CCPA & state laws

CCPA/CPRA plus Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Utah — opt-outs and a published privacy notice included.

Russia

152-ФЗ ready

Russia’s Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data covered, with data-localization guidance where Russian users are involved.

Compliance is part of the scope, not an upsell. A signed DPA, cookie-consent layer and privacy policy ship with the build or on request. Formal certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2) need an independent audit — we’ll be straight with you about where we are instead of implying a badge we haven’t earned.
